Hi, I’m Lindsay, a 1:1 nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coach with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. As a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2008, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals improve their health. In addition to my medical background, I’m a certified nutrition coach and certified in stress management and recovery, which allows me to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness.

In 2012, I experienced a major transformation in my own health, which led me to explore and embrace a functional medicine approach. This personal journey ignited my passion for helping others, especially women, heal their bodies naturally through sustainable, lifelong changes. I now work to empower women to reclaim their health by focusing on nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle modifications that promote healing and well-being.

After 18 years of working in a traditional brick-and-mortar setting, I wanted to expand my reach and help more people, which led me to transition to an online business. This allows me to connect with and guide individuals from all walks of life, no matter where they are.

I’ve developed three unique programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of my clients. Whether you’re looking to reverse inflammation, manage autoimmune conditions, lose weight, or improve your overall health, I offer personalized coaching to support you every step of the way. My approach blends my medical knowledge with my passion for holistic healing, providing you with a well-rounded strategy for lasting results.
