Your membership gives you access to any of the weekly class times

  •  Thursday 9:00am

  •  Thursday 1:00pm

 
Your membership includes 4 classes per month, and you may choose any of the available weekly class times.
To get the most out of your membership:

 

  • ✔ Book your 4 classes at the beginning of each month to secure your preferred times
  • ✔ Select the sessions you plan to attend using the links below
  • ✔ You may adjust your bookings as needed (please cancel at least 12 hours in advance)
 
Spots are limited, so early booking is encouraged.
